Everything functions 100%, including the furnace. YES, THE Furnace Does Work! The thermostat has an ON/OFF switch on top which lights the furnace. It's easy to overlook. Just make sure the propane tank is open, flip the switch to ON, then adjust the temperature with the slider. It gets toasty in thar!She's a nice clean, lightweight camper that can be pulled by a smaller vehicle. Pickup in quiet, sleepy West Fork avoiding the hustle and bustle of Northwest Arkansas. Getting to the pickup site is super easy being just 2 miles from the I-49 freeway. Devil's Den State Park is just 20 minutes up the road from the pickup point. Beaver Lake and Lake Fort Smith are nearby as well. Not to mention Fayetteville is just a 12 mile straight shot up the freeway so if you book a campground in Fayetteville your destination is just 15 minutes away. Or, you can stay put here on our property with full hookup (30 Amp, city water, sewer). Our dog (Meadow) is super friendly. The electric fence and driveway gate will keep your dog secure 24x7. Meadow doesn't challenge the fence since testing it on day one. Your dog will be free to roam the 1.5 acre wooded property after a brief orientation session and a lot of squealing. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We're flexible! We're always here at the pickup/drop off location, so provided there isn't another booking next to yours, we'll work with you.

Q.

We've never towed an RV or setup an RV at a campground before. Can we handle it?

R.

All RV owners were newbies once. To get you going, we provide a 1-2 hour orientation and paper "Setup" and "Departure" checklists on a clipboard with a pen hanging by a shoelace. If you follow the checklists and keep your speed under 120mph you have a good chance of surviving your first camping adventure.

Can my tow vehicle pull this RV?

R.

We easily pull this RV with our Toyota Tacoma pickup which has a tow capacity of 6,500 lbs. but of course, it's always best to check your vehicle specs. Your tow vehicle should have a 2" receiver. Leave your hitch and ball at home since our Andersen weight distribution hitch uses a specific hitch and ball. We'll adjust the height of the ball at the time of pickup depending on the receiver height of your tow vehicle.

Can I back this RV into a campsite?

R.

The backup camera is state-of-the-art and should help you get backed in. We recommend you watch some online videos on backing up a trailer. Or you can reserve a "pull through" campsite and avoid backing up altogether.

Hi! We're Tony and Carolina, and this is our first year RV'ing. Let me tell you, there's a lot to learn! We decided to dip our toe in the pool and learn the ins and outs of RV'ing with a small, easy to pull, easy to setup Jayco 184BS camper. We just completed our first and only trip to St. Augustine, FL in May of 2025 and we loved every minute of it! Especially the Love's RV camp sites! So now we can take that wealth of experience we gained on just one trip and set you up for success with an in-depth walk-through and Setup/Departure Checklists.
