Might be only 17.5' but once you fold out the beds you have a 26' camper that pulls awesome!LED Lights, Power Awning, 28" LED TV, DVD Plyaer, Speakers inside and out side, Sleeps 4 adults and 4 Children, Will come with sheets on the beds, dishes, cookware, utensils.
