This 33'11" FR3 is one of the best floorplans with two spacious slides, tons of seating and beds!. It features a large King bed, Bunk bed, and a Double size fridge/freezer to load up all the food and drinks you could need! (**Please see experience requirement below**)I had a plumber add a separate drinking water tank that holds 7 gallons of Reverse Osmosis water, with it's own spout at the kitchen sink so you don't have to worry about cases of water taking up space.An upgraded 5-function "pressure boost" shower head has been installed, along with a motion sense bathroom faucet to help conserve water when dry camping.**Experience Requirement:** (If in doubt, please check with me. I am reasonable and friendly, just want to make sure our RV is in good hands). I am happy that my RV can be available for others to make memories with. Please note, that this is my family getaway RV and not part of a business fleet. If it is damaged or mistreated, then it could ruin the plans of both my family and other renters that have scheduled an exciting vacation after. My hope and expectation is that it is treated with care. In consideration of that, I will only rent out the RV to those that I feel have sufficient experience and have responsible plans for the RV. In your request, I kindly ask that you introduce your group, your experience in driving large (~34') vehicles, and the general plans of your trip.
