Sleeping arrangements are one queen size bedroom, 2 full on full bunk beds, sofa and kitchen table also turn into more beds. Kitchen includes Refrigerator and freezer, 3 burner stove, oven and microwave. Shower has small bathtub and outside rinse station.We will also furnish a toaster, griddle, coffee maker, utensils, pots, pan, paper towels, napkins, plastic eating utensils, paper plates, paper bowls, trash bags, dish soap and a dish pad.32” smart tv, am/fm radio with DVD player and Inside/outside speakers.An electric awning with built in speakers and led lighting.This rental also includes a portable (gray water only) dump tank. This is to allow for more water use. ( showers, sink water etc)Delivery charge ranges from $100-$150 and includes 40 miles. This includes delivery setup, and pickup. Delivery charge is negotiable just send me a message!*small pets allowed on a case by case basis* extra charge applies.Checkin/Checkout times flexible.
