Hector was more than willing to answer all questions. His availability to communicate was excellent, being a text away with answers & even checking in during our trip.
Vehicle Condition & Amenities
The RV is very clean & cozy, kept in great shape with all components working. It was well equipped, stocked, & comfortable, having everything we needed.

5.0Hector is a motivated professional and keeps his equipment in great shape. We had a miscommunication about the listing but Hector has since made the edit. Everything we needed for the trailer logistics and to feel comfortable inside were all included, like wheel chalks, towels, utensils, hoses etc. would not hesitate to rent from Hector again

5.0Pre-trip, Hector was more than willing to answer all of my questions regarding the trailer. It was my first time pulling a trailer this size and he was more than willing to accommodate my concerns. He even offered to meet up and let me pull it with my truck so I could get comfortable. During the trip, his availability to communicate was excellent. I had questions real time and he was a text away with answers. His communication combined with his video walkthrough really produced an enjoyable experience for this whole trip from planning to execution. The trailer itself was small enough to feel comfortable as a first timer but large enough for just me, my wife and our small dog. The condition of the trailer was good and had no issues. The issues I did have were user error and were resolved via the aforementioned communication from Hector. Would I rent this trailer or a different one from Hector? Hell yeah, I would. Independent hosts with the level of "customer service" that I experienced, with Hector, deserve my business.

We allow pickups and drop offs to be done between 9am-6pm. We allow for self pickups as well for those who feel comfortable doing so.
