Very Clean. Sleeps 5 adults with a queen-size master bed, jackknife sofa, and drop-down dinette. Flat screen TV rotates between living room & bedroom. BIG Bathroom with tons of storage. Outside Kitchen with fridge, sink, and propane cook top. Includes 16' lighted electric awning and outside speakers.UVW (Unloaded Vehicle Weight)*- is 4,984 lbs. It includes all weight at the unit’s axle(s) and tongue or pin and LP Gas. The UVW does not include cargo, fresh potable water, additional optional equipment or dealer installed accessories. Make Sure Your Vehicle IS Able TO Handle This Weight.
Gvwr (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) – is 7,000 lbs. Ths is the maximum permissible weight of the unit when fully loaded. It includes all weights, inclusive of all fluids, cargo, optional equipment and accessories. For safety and product performance do NOT exceed the Gvwr.

THE DOS: Lock camper, including outside kitchen, when camper is unattended. Empty and RINSE the black and gray water holding tanks at the dump station, before returning the camper. If not hooked directly to sewer, conserve holding tank space by minimizing your water use, including using the showerhead shutoff button. Make sure all doors and drawers are securely closed before moving the camper. Remember to close the bathroom exhaust fan and retract the TV antenea before moving the camper. Turn off water pump and heater before moving (buttons on the bathroom wall).

If using the generator, do not run too many high amp appliances such as the air condition, microwave, and coffee pot at the same time. This will trip out the generator. Do not leave anything on the countertop which may slide while the camper is moving.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are very flexible for pickup and drop-off. We are in direct contact prior to rental with renters to determine mutually agreeable times. We assist our renters in hooking up to the camper upon departure. If we are delivering the camper, we will discuss with you prior to arrival, the best location for the setup of the camper at your location.
