5.0Outdoorsy asked about the best part of our trip, and there are TWO best parts, Greg & Kelsey! Since this was our first time using the APP & renting a van, Greg helped us with all the electronic system configurations for all types of driving & weather. I really appreciate him allowing us to video the "how to" tour at the key hand off & answering additional questions while we were on the road. Kelsey is a pro with all the Outdoorsy procedures & was so welcoming online & in person. She had the van sparkling clean & ready for all our gear & snacks. At our state park family reunion, our cousins were not so lucky with their rentals. It really made us appreciate how perfectly Greg & Kelsey work as a team to insure every guest's trip goes well. Thank you both for your care & patience with new people like us!

5.0From start to finish, this trip was fantastic! There was a bit if a hiccup with the house battery but Kelsey and Greg were very quick to respond and were able to get things back you and running! The van was a great size but I wouldn't recommend it for 4 adults.
