The van is very clean, outstanding, and perfect for trips, easily sleeping four adults with all amenities. It performs very smoothly, though one trip had a rear AC issue unless plugged in.

5.0Absolutely wonderful experience renting with these lovely people! Very kind, responsive to questions, and helpful in making arrangements for pickup/drop-off. Plus, the unit itself was absolutely perfect for an Upper Peninsula vacation, easily sleeping four full adults. Thanks for helping to facilitate so many wonderful memories!

5.0It was a very clean RV had all the amenities that we needed for ourtrip. I would highly recommend Kelsey. My granddaughter and I are very happy with the amenities and service in the RV. The RV performs very smooth on the and and everything worked. Very clean when it was delivered and the family that delivered the vehicle was very friendly and showed us how to operate all of the features.

4.0This is the second time we've rented from Kelsey and Greg and we would recommend them to future renters as long as they get the rear AC figured out! The rear AC stopped working about 1 hr into a total of 18 hrs on the road during a heat wave. It only worked when the RV was plugged in. Greg, Kelsey's husband was responsive and tried trouble shooting with us several times to no avail. Needless to say, it was quite an uncomfortable ride for our kids sitting in the back. At one point we stopped at a Target to cool off and buy a large fan. The fan brought some of the cool air from the front to the back; thankfully the outlets still worked! Kelsey was understanding of the situation and felt terrible about it. Thankfully, she made it right for us at the end of the trip and we appreciated it.
