The Winnebago Roam was a great experience. Poonam and Amardeep were very helpful and we had excellent communication throughout the entire trip! The Roam is well stocked. Instructions and expectations are clear. Would definitely recommend this rental and would use again!

The van was perfect for our trip and Vivian was an excellent host! The guest guide, video, and communication along the way was so helpful! The van itself had everything we needed to explore and camp comfortably for the week. We loved hanging out in the van and will definitely come back to rent it again so we can stay longer and explore more!

Our host, Keira, was such a pleasure to work with. In the weeks before our arrival, she fielded many random questions promptly, and gave us recommendations regarding campgrounds and places to see. The pick-up went seamlessly, with a short but efficient walk through. The van was in excellent condition, and the layout was easy to get used to. Some of our camping locations were a bit cool, but the interior heater took the chill off very quickly. During the trip, we were responsible for damaging the cooktop, and Keira was very forgiving, telling us not to worry. Upon our return, she had already ordered and received the replacement, and trusted us to reimburse her upon the installation, which she accomplished in short order. At our drop-off, she even gave us a lift to our nearby accommodation before our departure the next day. All-in-all, our experience with Keira and her beautiful RV was exceptional.
