2022 Thor Chateau
Very clean unit that is a perfect size to get around. Comes with a very large amount of outdoor storage and two TV's inside with amazon fire stick. Sleeps 6 with an back bedroom and over drivers area bung with a fold out couch and fold out dinette. Comes with microwave, stove, oven, sink shower and toilet and outdoor shower. Has air conditioner, heater and water heater. Drives great with the 450 engine and has backup camera. Comes with Awning and a 2 bike rack rental for extra charge. Very comfortable to site on couch while traveling for guests.Ce qui est inclusbedding, pots and pans, silverware, toilet paper, plates and bowls.Autres points à signalerPlease make sure to dump black and grey tank prior to delivering back to us. Failure to dump both tanks will result in a $100 fee.Gas Tank is full when you pick up the RV. Gas must be full upon return or a charge for the cost to fill will be charged along with a $20.00 service fee.Please do not climb on roof.No smoking allowed.

Loved this RV! It was comfortable, super clean, and stocked with everything we needed. Rich was a great host to rent from! The pick up/drop off was very easy and Rich walked us through every detail. He was easy to communicate with and responded right away, even giving us his cell if we needed. We will definitely be renting through him again!

Rich ensured we have everything we needed to enjoy the RV. It was full of gas, very clean inside and the fresh water tank was full and ready for our trip. Rich was awesome when it came to answering my text messages regarding the RV. And he covered everything with me.

The rig performed great and met all expectations. The owner (Rich) was very accommodating and efficient with the whole rental process and even was available via his cell to help.
