It's as simple as uploading a picture of your drivers license.Brand new! Fully furnished and fully functional. Equipped with everything you need and a lot of extras you wouldn’t think you needed. Comes with complete checklists for parking, setting up camp, hookups, and more. Included is 24/7 assistance for any questions, problems, and roadside assistance.Replaced RV Queen with a Full Sized Pillow-top Queen (super comfortable). Added two TVs, one in living room and one in master bedroom. Included are 8 plates, 8 cups, 4 coffee mugs, and a silverware set for 6. We have 2 frying pans, 3 saucepans, and 1 big pot. We have towels and washcloths for 6. We have all bedding for the 4 bunk beds and the Master bedroom. All beds have pillows with cases and there are two extra in the closet. You may want to bring blankets for bunks and any extra needed. We have a toaster and a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups, splenda, equal, sweet n low, and some non refrigerator french vanilla creamers. Lysol all purpose cleaner with paper towels (only 2 rolls) and a broom and dustpan are also provided. We have 4 academy chairs. Hitch weight is 636 lbs. I will include my hitch with anti-sway bars. My wife is highly allergic, so sorry No Cats!All linens, bed sheets, pillow cases, and towels are cleaned after every rental. All pots, pans, silverware, and cups are returned clean, but we run them through the dishwasher at home anyway. We take pride in our cleanliness and we hope you do too!

Upon returning you do not need to deep clean the camper, but wiping down all surfaces, sweeping once, and cleaning out the fridge is excepted. I will keep some of your security deposit if the RV is returned filthy.
