• Weight distribution hitch and anti-sway bars provided must be used. • Stabilizer Jacks: are designed for stabilizing, not lifting or leveling the entire camper. They are meant to reduce movement and swaying when you are inside, not to raise the camper off its wheels to achieve a level position. Using them to lift the camper can damage the jack motors, frame, or other components. • All doors and windows must be locked when left unattended. • Be sure to close all vents and latch exterior compartments before traveling. • Cleaning & Return Policy We ask that the camper be returned in a tidy condition. All trash, food, and personal items must be removed, and dishes should be washed prior to return. Appliances should be left generally clean. Black and gray tanks must be emptied by the guest prior to return unless the optional tank clean-out service was purchased at checkout. If excessive cleaning is required, or if tanks are not emptied without the service add-on, a portion of the security deposit may be withheld.
