Résumé de l'évaluation
Thoroughly explains all operations
Norm and Anne Marie are knowledgeable, helpful, and detail-oriented. They take time to review every feature, teach new users, and answer questions, ensuring a seamless and easy rental experience.
Well-stocked and fully equipped
The camper is clean, well-kept, and fully stocked with all basic necessities, allowing renters to only pack clothes and groceries. Everything worked as advertised, with the exception of an uncomfortable master mattress.

5.0The camper was very functional and had everything we needed for our trip. We enjoyed using it. Norm was very good at the instructions on how everything worked. and we were very thankful for that. Unfortunately we had to end our trip early because my dad passed away and Norm and his lovely wife went above and beyond to ensure we could return the camper early. Thank you for being amazing hosts.

4.0Third time renting from Norm. Always treats me well. Only reason for the four stars, is the mattress for the master is worn, or just to thin, and very uncomfortable. I made him aware of it, and I trust that he will replace it in a timely fashion. Otherwise, no complaints or issues. Always a seemless process with him. He is very detail oriented, which I think would really suit a first time camper. I would use and recommend Norm anytime.
