In Winter this unit is rented as a fish house/Ice Castle.Amenities include TV, kitchen sink, operational toilet with separate tank, shower, jack-knife couch, outdoor electric awning, sheets, blankets, pillows, kitchenware, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, oven, towels, Blackstone Tabletop Outdoor Grill (propane needed), and outdoor folding chairs.Fish house amenities include rods, rattle reels, propane heater, and 8 fishing holes.In winter months, this trailer will be parked on Lake Waconia for use. However, it can be rented and moved to another lake if desired. If you require setup by us, a 4 day minimum is required. If you are moving the camper yourself, a 2 day minimum is required.Please use discretion when reserving based on number of guests. Dinette bed will hold 2 guests comfortably. Bunk bed above dinette is the approximate size of a Full Size Bed. Jack knife couch is a bit smaller and likely better suited for a child. We also provide one camping cot with a sleeping pad that can hold 1 full sized adult.Items available for additional fees:
