The Sandlot Escape is a spacious 2026 Catalina Legacy Edition (36') that comfortably sleeps 8 but can accommodate up to 10 guests and welcomes up to one large or two small dogs (sorry, no cats).Designed with families in mind, this camper features a private master bedroom with a queen bed, a rear bunk room with two Versa Queen bunks, and additional sleeping space provided by the convertible U-shaped dinette and sofa.Enjoy all the comforts of home, including air conditioning, USB charging ports, a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, and a coffee maker, plus a 43" Smart TV for relaxing after a day of adventure. We also provide a selection of family-friendly board games and card games to keep everyone entertained on rainy days or quiet evenings at the campsite.Outside, unwind beneath the LED-lit retractable awning and enjoy the fully equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a flat-top grill and refrigerator. Campsites must provide water, sewer, and 50-amp electrical hookups. We had the best weekend in Mary’s camper! She truly thought of everything. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and really helps make it a wonderful experience. The camper is extremely clean, the beds were so comfortable. She puts so many little touches on everything to make it special. I would absolutely recommend this camper!

Wow! If you are looking for a top tier camping home away from home, this is it! Mary was so helpful with all our questions since we were first time campers. From start to finish we had zero needs or complaints with this camper. It is immaculate - cleaner than any hotel - full of “extras” - and set up / pick up was all done for us. We have fallen in love with camping thanks to such a seamless and enjoyable experience with “The Sandlot Escape”! 🩵Thank you Mary!

• 2 dog max, Max 20lbs each, no cats • Please only use the provided cleaning products, this includes the toilet paper. • Only the approved Occupants for the use of the trailer. • Please return all games and remotes to their original area. • Please return the RV in the same clean condition as you received it. This includes washing dishes, wiping down surfaces, and properly disposing of trash. Any excessive cleaning will incur a fee or charge to deposit. • Notify of Any Damage Accidents happen—please report any damage immediately so we can address it quickly. • No Smoking. A $250 fee will apply if smoke is detected. No Festivals or Tailgating Use. This RV is not allowed at festivals or tailgating events. Violations will result in loss of deposit.
