We do all set up and breakdown for you and give you a full walkthru on how to operate. The cost is $150 for the setup and breakdown.
Fully stocked with clean linens/pillows/towels/games/movies/cleaning supplies/pots/pans/dishes/utensils/fireplace/2 air conditioners/2 televisions/2 bedrooms and sleeps 9 comfortably or 10-11 if small kids. 1 king, 3 bunks, 1 jack knife sofa, 1 fold down sofa and 1 dinette conversion area. The open floorplan is spacious with high ceilings and modern finishes. Large kitchen island with double sink. Standard size shower. This is everything you want and more! Tons of indoor storage for clothing and food. All mattresses and pillows will have protectors on them. All linens are clean and folded. Trailer will be delivered clean and stocked with small appliances (George Forman grill, toaster, blender, coffee maker, griddle), all cooking utensils, all bathroom towels and bedroom linens for all beds with pillows.
