Not only does it sleep 5 (Queen Bed, Bunk Beds, and Fold Out), but it is very lightweight and can be pulled with most any SUV or minivan!It is great for camping locally on the eastern shore or outer banks...and if you decide to camp within 50 miles, let me deliver and set it up for you ($125 fee).Some of the amenities include:

-Outdoor Shower (great for hosing your feet off from a day at the beach)
-Upgraded Memory Foam Mattress
