Drivers must usually be: • at least 25 years old (sometimes 30 for luxury RVs) • licensed in the U.S. or internationally • approved through platform verification • Only approved drivers may operate the RV • No towing unless explicitly authorized • No off-roading, mudding, or unpaved forest roads • No roof access unless owner-approved • Seat belts required for all passengers while moving Campsite & Usage Restrictions The following is prohibited: • Burning Man festival • Cross-border travel without permission • Travel into Mexico • Smoking/vaping inside • No cats • intoxicated driving • reckless driving • transporting illegal substances • commercial use (Uber, delivery, hauling) Renters are expected to return the RV: • Swept and wiped down • With empty gray/black tanks • With fuel restored to pickup level Common fees: • Dump fee: $75 • Smoking fee: $1,000 • Excessive cleaning: $250 The renter is generally responsible for: • Tire damage • Awning damage • Roof damage • Slide-out misuse • Interior stains/breakage • low bridge collisions (Clearance is 11' 2") Helpful Hints • “No drive-thrus” • “Watch tree branches” • “Measure clearance before entering gas stations” • use RV-specific toilet paper only • never flush wipes/feminine products • keep fridge latched while driving • retract awning during wind
