This includes, but is not limited to:1. Damage resulting from spillage of grey water containers, such as sink jugs;
2. Damage resulting from excessive shower water that pools outside of designated shower areas;
3. Any other water damage arising from Guest(s)' negligent or improper use of water systems or devices.## PROPANE USAGE LIABILITY
Guest(s) further acknowledge and agree that they shall be solely responsible for the proper use of propane systems on the premises, including but not limited to:1. Turning off the propane solenoid at night;
2. Ensuring all propane devices are properly shut off after use;
3. Any damage or harm arising from Guest(s)' failure to properly operate, maintain, or shut down propane systems.## ELECTRICAL AND 12V SYSTEM LIABILITY
Guest(s) acknowledge and agree that they shall be solely liable for any damage to electrical systems, particularly the 12V system, caused by:1. Operating electrical systems in a manner inconsistent with provided instructions;
2. Modifying, tampering with, or altering any electrical components;
4. Overloading electrical circuits or systems;
5. Any other damage resulting from improper usage of electrical systems outside the scope of provided instructions.## GENERAL PROVISIONSGuest(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner(s) from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from Guest(s)' failure to comply with the proper usage requirements for water and propane systems as outlined herein.This disclaimer constitutes a legally binding agreement between Guest(s) and Owner(s).
