Hi, my name is Jill. I welcome you to experience camping in Luxury and Style with our newest addition to our fleet! Load up the family and start your next camping adventure of your dreams. Meet Heartland North Trail! North Trail is a 2020 Luxury 35’ Bunkhouse Travel Trailer that features a single slide, private master bed room up front and a 4 bunk beds in the rear. We also offer the option to have the Bunk Room accommodate a Full size bed. This would allow you to sleep 5-6 in the Bunk Room. North Trail allows us to diversify our fleet and offer you plenty of room to accommodate all your family members and friends. North Trail is well suited to accommodate 11-12 people with sleeping accommodations in the master king bedroom, the bunk room, dinette sleeper, and full size sofa sleeper.
You will quickly see that we take great pride and detail in our RV Rentals and are excited to share the stress- free environment with others. You will see we didn’t cut any corners to make this out to be your typical rental. Our standards are very high and it shows in the way we provide everything you need to have a very memorable, stress-free experience. You just need to bring your personal belongings and food.
Delivery:
We are more than happy to make your stay the most relaxing and stress free by offering a Full Service Delivery.
We are able to deliver North Trail to the campsite of your choice. Or, to your home to add room for your extended family and guest.
Delivery includes:
Setting up the camper inside and out and connecting all the utilities. We take care of dumping the tanks, disconnecting the utilities, and prepping North Trail for it's return home. Accommodations for 11-12 people-

Dinette that folds into a sleeper
All bed linens, blankets and pillows for 10Grey/Black water tanks must be returned empty unless Tank Dump option is purchased as an Add-on to rental. Exception to the Dump Rule (Full Service Delivery includes dumping the tanks)
The Trailer must be returned clean in the same condition it was received in. Please take out all the trash, sweep all floors and remove your food, except the staples provided.
Propane does not need to be filled if it is above 1/2.
The trailer does not do well off road or on uneven ground. Therefore, the trailer is not to be taken off-road in any way. Tires are checked and verified before each rental and the guest is responsible for any tire or other damage/repair.
The trailer does have a GPS device attached to her so that we are able to find her if she gets lost.
While we do allow furry co-pilots (Dogs ONLY), you are still responsible for cleaning up after your pet, including hair/food/liquids/debris/etc... Additionally, you will be responsible for any damage caused by the pet!
Post Trip cleaning does not cover any sort of pet mess, excessive sand/dirt/mud, stains, rips, tears, missing/broken items or components, Etc... Extra cleaning needing will be charged against your security deposit.
Guests are STRONGLY encouraged to extensively photograph/video record the RV, both inside and out, before and after the rental, so that you have your own record of the condition of the vehicle before and after the trip.Absolutely No one is allowed to access the roof for any reason. The roof is inspected before and after each rental. Be aware of all overhead obstructions. Damages to the roof and its components, can be very expensive.Drop off is 8-9am and Pick up is 3-4pm, but we can be flexible if pre-arranged ahead of time. Specify what time works best for you and we will do our best to accommodate.Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the RV, Including CANNABIS and their odors. Any smoking or vaping will result in a forfeiture of $300 from your security deposit and additional charges for cleaning/smoke mitigation.Late Fee:
There will be a Late Fee of $35/HR for every hour the Coach is not returned by the pre-arranged return time.

We are located at the N. end of Lake of the Ozarks on Hwy 52. We are very easy to get to. We have an indoor facility that all of our RV's and trailers are parked inside, cleaned and maintained. We are very busy Memorial Weekend through September. We do mostly Full Service Deliveries. We deliver to your site of choice, set up, take down and return to our facility. We take care of dumping the waste tanks. We provide all the linens/pillows for the beds, towels, soap and shampoo. Most all cooking utensils you will need. Coffee pot, coffee, Pam, veg. oil, paper plates, paper towels, plastic ware, outside table and chairs. Our RV's and trailers can be rented for camping trips, ball games, racing events, animal shows, extended rooms to your house/cabins or pretty much anything you need them for.

The service and camper we received from Adventure RV Rentals were top notch!!! The camper was just as advertised and everything in it was sparkling clean! It was the cleanest we have ever rented! The delivery service and online contract made the rental very convenient. It was so nice to arrive with the RV set up with even rugs and chairs set up outside the door. In addition, there were hygiene and cleaning amenities included that made packing easier. To top it off, Jill was extremely responsive and easy to work with. She and Scott provide fabulous customer service!! Would highly recommend!!

Jill's husband Scott set up the camper, he was super nice and friendly and showed my husband how to set a camper up so we know in the future. He left us extra hose so we could refill the fresh water tank for showers/dishes.
The camper was very clean and Jill left everything we could have needed. She even included an outdoor rug, folding chairs, and a table for outside. Towels, dishes, a coffee maker, soap, and a broom was things she was thoughtful enough to include that I didn't need to pack. 🤣
