Kitchen has a fridge, 3 burner stove with oven, double sink with pull out faucet. Dishes, glasses, pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils (wooden spoons, etc.), crockpot, dish towels, wash clothes, dish soap, drying rack and paper towels. In the kitchen there is a Kurig coffee maker, electric kettle,tea pot, waffle maker and crockpot. There is even a complete picnic basket so if you want to go on a picnic you can.
There is a full size table that seats 6.TV in main part of unit with DVD player, chrome cast if campsite has Wi-Fi and you have goggle home on your phone, surround sound inside. Tv in master bedroom and garage have built in dvd players. There will be an assortment of DVD's for your pleasure. There is also a stereo with cd player and speakers inside and outside.
If you are not using the drop down beds in the garage, this can be set up as a deck with table and chairs.
There is a 30 gallon gas tank for the generator (full hookups preferred) and a refueling station if needed.
An outdoor BBQ with guick connect to a 25 LB propane tank, a stand and all the tools needed will be setup.
An outdoor canopy with lights will be set up for you over your picnic table. There are camping chairs and outdoor rugs that will be setup.
NO Smoking OR Vaping in the unit.Pet friendly (dogs Only please) must be house trained if in the unit. An extra cleaning fee if there is accidents by your pet.Delivery Only. How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

This will be setup if using full service camp ground. If dry camping everything needed will be ready to use but we prefer no dry camping unless it is a special occasion ie: wedding family reunion.
