We have 6 of this model available for delivery only. Sleeps 5 comfortably, up to 7. This is a 30 foot trailer with slide out which makes the living room area nice and big. It has a private master bedroom with a Queen size bed. Triple bunks with twin size beds in the rear, TV/DVD, A/C and furnace, electric awning, and microwave. The refrigerator operates off of propane or electric. Propane is included. Solar equipped, but you will still need a generator if you are in a non-hookup site.**This is the only model that holds over 100 gallons of Fresh Water ** 2 grey water holding tanks for a total of 75 gallons & 1 black holding tank of 40 gallons. The additional fresh water and solar make this model ideal for non-hookup RV Camp sites.Our trailers come with essential kitchen items such as a pot, pan and coffee maker, but they do NOT include: pillows, linens, towels, plates, bowls, cups or utensils. Complete inventory and suggested packing lists are provided with reservation confirmation or can be found in our FAQ section.Please review the 'Enhance Your Trip' section below for delivery locations, generator add-ons, and pet fee.

There is NO SMOKING in any of the Trailers. If the Trailer is returned with any kind of smoking odor, it will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit plus any additional charges incurred in cleaning and or repair.
No climbing on the roof of the trailer.
Limited Supplies: Each trailer rental comes with different supply capacities, check the specs on the one you have rented. It is your responsibility to ensure that these resources last your entire rental period. We will not provide customers additional water, holding tank capacity, propane, or batteries during their rental period.
The trailer needs to be returned in similar condition as when delivered. If damages occur or the trailer is left dirty, fees will be charged.
If an issue comes up, or something is not working properly please notify us as soon as possible so that we can address the issue. No refunds are made due to an item not working properly, IE TV/DVD, radio etc.
