Résumé de l'évaluation
Provides detailed guidance and flexibility
Dom is praised for quick, clear communication, patiently explaining trailer functions to new users, and being flexible with pick-up/drop-off times. He offers assistance during emergencies and thorough walkthroughs.
Easy to tow and maneuver
The lightweight trailer is easy to tow and maneuver, making it great for beginners. It comes equipped with essentials and an excellent AC, though some guests suggest bringing extra mattress padding for improved comfort.

5.0Dom was easy to work with and communicated well. He even rescued us when we had a car issue on the way to return the trailer. Sorry Dom!

5.0We had a great camping trip with this camper. It was clean and everything worked great. (We didn't end up using the water or toilets or shower). My kids loved it and the communication was great when we first got there and started setting up and needed to chat with Dom. He helped us through all the questions. He was also flexible with return times at the end of the trip which was helpful for us!

5.0This was our second time renting this trailer, and just as the first time, everything was super. Pick-up and drop-off were as smooth as could be. Dom went over all the things I needed to know about the Starcraft AR-1 and get the most out of it. The trailer is a light-tow and it followed great behind my Tacoma. It was neat, clean, and came with all sorts of the items one needs while camping. The set-up and take-down is very easy to do, even for one person. There is one minor complaint, as the trailer is a few years old, the bed foam is pretty thin. But if you know, it's easy enough to take some foam or an air mattress along. All in all a great rental experience and we would rent it again.
