The RV was cleaned and ready upon arrival. gave very thorough walkthrough. Was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. The RV itself was absolutely amazing. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

Tasha and her wife are the sweetest people. They definitely do their best to accommodate!From the start the black tank said it was almost full. We were told the panel didn’t work sometimes (that was indeed true), however in this case it was somewhat accurate. We had it dumped at the start of our trip because it has toilet paper sitting at the top. I believe they attempted to dump it however because the pipes were clogged everything was not going down. Mind you we didn’t learn the pipes were the actual issue until we had it dumped right before we left the camp site only to learn it wasn’t actually dumped. Only difference is the panel said it was empty (we should have known better than to trust the panel).Our biggest issue was the water. The spout on the RV is suppose to be able to hand 120psi (it’s labeled). It can not. However even after using a pressure reducer we were still have problems filling the tank. The main problem was the water was going inside the RV instead of the tank. My dad had a bunch of extra parts from his trailer and ended up being able to resolve it. But before he found the right part he had to hook up an extended and use rises to hold the hose up (after he held it up for some time to see if the water would stop going inside). I took photos but I really should have recorded it.

Thank you for your honest review. We appreciate you bringing these problems to our attention. We have addressed the black tank issues and have replaced the mechanism that resolves the water pressure issue as well. With renting there comes wear and tear and we do our best to stay on top of fixing issues as they arise. Unfortunately, you had experienced issues we haven't yet, so we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. The RV is inspected regularly and with our most recent inspection the generator was working properly. Again, we apologize for the shortfall in expectations and any inconveniences you experienced.
