The outdoors is a great place to be in the Pacific Northwest so why not get out there and start enjoying! There are myriad of beautiful lakes and things to do and I love to paddleboard, hike, get out and camp and I have the toys to rent! I just redecorated the interior to make it feel more like home instead of "stock trailer!" This 19 foot (23 with the tongue) trailer is equipped to sleep 4-5 people with a queen bed in the front with gel foam topper, a leather jackknife couch that makes into a bed (I would say this is only suitable for one person) and a dinette that also makes into a bed (1 adult or a couple of kids). It has a TV with DVD, stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers, full sized fridge and freezer, oven, stovetop and microwave, air conditioning and furnace as well as outdoor shower. Tons of storage in this unit, bathtub and shower, toilet, sink with medicine cabinet and a large power awning. I stock the trailer with table service for 4 people including silverware, cups, dishes, coffee cups, two wine glasses and an electric coffee pot and pots and pans, hair dryer. Numerous gadgets, such as flashlights, pancake flippers, spatulas, can opener, tongs are all included. YOU Bring Your OWN Bedding AND Towels. I also have paddleboards available for rent, as well as a few other goodies for your trip if you are interested in extras to make it even more fun! The back of the trailer has a cargo rack for bikes, coolers or whatever you have (300 lb carrying capacity). I love dogs and have one of my own so I will allow well-behaved smaller dogs (under 40 lbs) and you are responsible for ensuring all dog hair is cleaned out of the trailer completely or a cleaning fee will be charged. If you have a chewer or a dog that likes to "mark" territory, only allowed in a kennel inside the trailer. I do not allow pets on the furniture inside the trailer so keep that in mind when booking. For dry camping, the water tank is easy to fill about 29 gallons of fresh water, 42 gallon black/gray tanks which is really doable. Everything works off of propane while dry camping except the air conditioner, microwave, outlets, tv. If you have a generator it will run all these amenities as well. This trailer does not have a generator. 5 gallon propane tanks.Trailer is 19 feet with a total length of 23 feet from the tongue. Dry weight is 4200 lbs with, gross weight 7448 if fully loaded and tanks full. 465 lbs hitch weight. Must use sway bars when towing, it really helps. The trailer has an electric tongue and electric stability jacks as well. It is equipped with trailer brakes and you must have that feature available on your truck to tow this, 7 round connector, 2-5/16" ball. The trailer tongue height is 23". I tow this with a 1/2 ton V8 Silverado and it does great.*******Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind. No lit candles or incense inside the trailer. I do not allow the trailer to go outside of the United States. If these policies are violated, your entire deposit will be forfeited.

Hello! I enjoy all things outdoors when it comes to the great Pacific Northwest. My hobbies include paddleboarding, hiking, camping, weightlifting and many more! I decided it was time for me to really enjoy camping or "glamping" as you might say. I gravitate to the campgrounds near water of course as I love paddleboarding, it is serene and peaceful and is a great workout! I also teach paddleboard lessons. I have done the tent thing and it just doesn't cut it for me at this point in my life so I set out and bought myself a trailer! I would love to share this wonderful little vacation home away with like-minded people who love getting out there and enjoying the beautiful scenery we have here in the northwest.
