2 Bedroom Family Quad Bunkhouse! Ready for delivery and set up within So Cal! Complete with Pivot lounge furniture, Onboard Solar, dual powered mini fridge, 3 burner stove and mini oven, TV entertainment with inside/outside speakers, queen bed and the ability to comfortably sleep 10! Our whole family is in love and we think yours will be too! This is our private used Travel trailer, so we ask that you treat it with respect and kindness.Add upgrades if you wish! When your weekend of fun and relaxation is over we will pick it up!No smoking/drugs. Pets are welcomeFestivals and tailgating may be allowed. You are responsible for making sure no one is smoking in the trailer and responsible for your guests and damage they may cause.Ce qui est inclusOur RV comes fully stocked with all the amenities as if you're checking into a hotel with a kitchen. Including utensils, cookware, dinnerware, a single serve coffee maker, cutting board and basic RV cleaning supplies. Freshly washed linens and bedding for master bed and 4 bunk beds (any other bedding will need to be provided by the renter), freshly washed bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, hand soap, toilet paper (specific to trailer toilets). • Please do not walk on the roof.
We provide a pop up canopy complimentary in exchange for not using the awning, as the awning is the #1 reported broken item for campers and not usually covered under insurance. If awning is used, please only leave it extended while in use, it must be brought in when wind is present, and monitored at all times.
• Please fill toilet at flushing to prevent clogging.
• A/C and microwave are not usable unless plugged in to 30amp or 50amp power, amperage needs to be kept in mind, as to not over load camper.
• Battery and tank levels need to be monitored to ensure batteries are not depleted and tanks do not overflow.

It saw so awesome, the trailer was perfect, spacious, nice, clean modern. My daughters and their friends love it. Tabetha and her team were fantastic, helpful and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

Our family had an excellent experience with Tabetha and Timothy. The RV was delivered and picked up on time and were always available by phone if we had a question. The RV was fully stocked with everything you need for a camping trip and was extremely clean! Tabetha uas thought of everything and renting this RV was truly a 5 star experience.

Q.What flexibility is available for delivery and pickup?

Most campsites allow check-in around 12-2pm and check out by noon.
We will work with you if those times change.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

If this is your first time camping in a trailer or even if you've had experience with camping in an RV, rest assured, we do provide a full walkthrough of the rig, So please plan on a window of up to an hour to complete setting up and conducting a walkthrough once we arrive at your destination.
