Welcome to our beautiful brand new 2023 Coleman Lantern RV travel trailer ready to head out on your next adventure! This trailer fits most campgrounds 21 ft 7in long. The trailer sleeps 6, 1 queen bed, a bunk house, and a dinette that converts to a bed (great for 2 small kids). Excellent condition, new tires, extremely clean, and easy to tow with a base weight of only 3,078 pounds Most full-sized trucks and SUVs can handle it.Equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and all of the essentials you’ll need for your getaway.We know you'll enjoy traveling in our RV as much as we do!Important Items:Cleaning: $100 cleaning fee will be charged if the RV is not returned in the same clean condition as when received.Tank Emptying: $50 fee will be charged if the grey and black water tanks are not emptied by renters before return.Inside: Knives, forks, spoons, bowls, plates, cups, coffee maker & filters, fresh towels, pillows and fresh sheets, cutting board, BBQ utensils, mixing bowls, microwave,pots & pans, scissors, toilet paper, trash can and trash bags.Outside: 40-feet of sewage hose with clear fittings, 50-ft water hose, water filter,tire chocks, leveling blocks.You will need a 2 -inch receiver on your vehicle and round 7-pin connector. Ball size is 2-5/16.We get this question a lot: What is the difference between "black" and "gray" water? Here's the answer: Black water is everything that goes down the RV toilet. Gray water is all the water going down the kitchen sink and shower. Both are stored in separate tanks, but are drained through a singleCe qui est inclusFresh linens, 4 towels, 2 beach towels. Basic kitchen utensils. Full propane tank and batteries.RecommandationsPlease only use and flush the toilet paper in the camper.
