The van must be returned in the same clean condition in which it was received, including being vacuumed. If the Cleaning Fee Add-On was not purchased and the van is returned dirty or in noticeably different condition, a $250 cleaning fee will be assessed. A handheld vacuum is provided in the van. 5.0This experience was excellent. The coach was just as described and worked great to take our group of 8 to an NFL game. Communication was quick, clear and understandable. The hosts made everything very easy. Thanks for helping us make some family memories on a road trip to and from the game.
