Résumé de l'évaluation
Helpful, responsive, and accommodating
Bryan consistently made the rental process easy, answered all questions in depth, was very responsive and helpful during trips, and was accommodating to guests.
Well-maintained and comfortable
The RV was consistently clean, well-maintained, and in great shape, with all features working perfectly. Guests highlighted the comfortable mattress. Note: space was a bit tight for 5 adults.

5.0During our trip, multiple rainstorms passed over the campgrounds where we were staying, causing the back tires of the RV to get stuck in the mud. My friends and I desperately tried to get help from the on-site towing service, third-party towing services, as well as through Outdoorsy roadside assistance but unfortunately had no luck. We are grateful that Bryan was very considerate and worked with us to navigate the situation which allowed us to still have an awesome experience. Thanks again Bryan for all your help - hard to imagine a cooler host! And shoutout to Dorothy from Outdoorsy support, she was so helpful as well. (p.s. we did eventually get the RV out of the mud - 24 hours after we first got stuck)
