Perfect sized for family with young kids or a couple looking to getaway. Our trailer is an 18 foot model (21ft total length) featuring a full-sized bed (with upgraded mattress), 2 twin like bunks, and a dinette slide out. The trailer meets all your needs with a sink, small refrigerator, stove, microwave, shower/small tub, toilet, air conditioning, heater, and television/stereo/DVD.

Renter must have an appropriate tow vehicle to safely tow the trailer and all cargo/passenger weight. Your vehicle must have the required hitch receiver, 7 pin trailer connector, and an electronic brake controller. Renter must be experienced with towing, speed limit while towing is 55, must have a spotter when backing, and exercise extreme caution at all times.
We recommend hook-up camping as the tanks are small capacity (20 gallons fresh water, 15 gallons grey water, and 9 gallons black water). Trailer is rented with all tanks empty and must be returned empty or a charge will apply.
To keep things simple, we only provide mattress cover and/or fitted sheet for each bed (full bed and 2 twins, no sheet/cover provided for dinette conversion). You will need to pack sheets, beddings, blankets, or sleeping bags for all beds - no linens are provided.
The kitchen has a small two burner stovetop, microwave, and small refrigerator.
