We were a little hesitant using Outdoorsy since it was our first time, but this RV seemed to be perfect size and right along our travel route, so we decided to take the chance. Glad we did. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The owners made everything easy, they even provided a detailed inventory spreadsheet (down to Q-tips, towels, pillows, nail clippers etc), which helped us pack efficiently. They also provided a clear manual that set us up for success using the RV. They were very responsive anytime we had a question, and everything worked flawlessly throughout the trip. Our family really enjoyed the 8 days of the rv experience and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again.
