We want you to have fun and enjoy our RV on your trip and not worry about your deposit! Reviewing the restrictions before you book can help you know what to expect and have peace of mind that you will get your deposit back in full.
Please treat our RV as if it were your own home. An RV is a large investment and damages can be costly. Please show respect and we will happily return your deposit and leave you an appropriate review. No one wants more for you to get your security deposit back than us.
No smoking. No pets. No climbing on the roof. Children are not to operate any part of the RV (quick camp remote, stove, washing machine, etc.).
Please do not place hot pans or dishes on the dining table. It will bleach out the table finish and leave damage.
Please return the camper the same condition you received it. Yes, we charge a cleaning fee, but this is for deep cleaning and is much more thorough than what we expect you to do. Please put all the provided items back where they belong, wash your dishes, take out the trash, wipe down the table and counter inside and the outdoor kitchen, put used linens in the laundry hamper, sweep and vacuum the floor.
Do not leave the awning extended in high winds. If the awning gets wet, please extend it to dry off when it is safe to do so.
The renter is liable for all damage other than minor and normal wear and tear. Extra cleaning charges will apply if the renter does not perform the required basic cleaning before we receive the RV back.
