The RV was typically described as clean, comfortable, and a nice unit, accommodating 5 people. However, one renter reported it was delivered full of waste water from a previous rental.

3.0Our experience was nerve racking only because this was our first time renting an RV. The drive to the destination was heavy only because the RV was full of waste water from previous renter. When we arrived we had an encounter with a tree branch that hit top of RV. Not knowing what damage it caused so that in itself put a damper on trip. So what supposed to be a fun enjoyable trip turned out to be a nightmare. So if you are a first time RV rental do your research. Take pictures of entire RV INCLUDING top of RV even if you need to take your own ladder because you don't know what damage was there from previous renters that choose not to say anything if they caused any damage. We choose to do the right thing by being honest of what happened now this trip has cost us triple. Very upsetting 😡 will never do this again hard lesson learned. So be smart before renting.
