1The owner was not on site for either pickup or drop-off despite my request. RV would not hold city water, leaked immediately after connecting, I have a witness to this. Black (waste) water and gray water were full upon receipt from previous owner, I cleaned as best I could, did not use bathroom or sinks or any water in RV. I then decide not to use anything related to propane as I didn't trust that this 1998 vehicle would function properly and I would be help responsible. The owner is aware of these problems and the vehicle was dropped off in a timely manner. I have many pictures to include pictures of where the water leaked which is rusted out for 2 ft. From previous problems. There is more in terms of process as owner added charges not agreed to in advance, as yet unpaid See pics below. Kenn
