I named my 2020 all-wheel-drive Ford Transit Love because she’s all you need! She was custom-built in Austin, Texas, and is an ideal van for van life beginners. That said, Love can accommodate short or long-term travel. With a 25-gallon gas tank, Love gets approximately 500 miles per tank on the highway (~20 mpg)!Love's safety features include front and rear cameras and sensors on all four sides that help you monitor your surroundings with ease when backing up. Lane-departure assist gives you a heads up when you’re drifting as you attempt to unpackage that road trip snack and Eco/Slippery/Mud modes give you control and efficiency in any driving conditions.When you open Love’s rear swinging doors, the first thing you’ll notice is the massive “garage” area. This is where you can store all of your outdoor gear, including bikes, skis, inflatable paddleboards, and more!You'll find the battery bank in the garage as well so you can keep your electronics charged and ready to capture your adventure (including hopefully photographing Love at all of your stops!).The (66” x 57”) bed has plenty of room to sleep two humans or for you to cuddle up with your furry travel companion. Cabinets above the bed provide ample storage space for clothing and personal items and anything you don’t want to fold can hang in the full-height closet next to the bed.Love’s kitchen features a handcrafted sink and a large countertop for food prep. The counter has plenty of space for the provided single-burner camping stove so you can cook comfortably inside Love on a rainy day.Speaking of keeping things comfortable, Love is insulated throughout with Havelock wool. She also boasts sliding windows over the kitchen and beside the bed, as well as a roof vent to provide plenty of air circulation through the van. So whether your cooking efforts get a little smoky or you just want to keep cool on a warm evening, Love has you covered! What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I am happy to deliver the van to the Reno Airport or anywhere within the Lake Tahoe Area as long as we pre-arrange this before booking. Reach out to me about your trip needs and we will see what we can work out.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
LOVE is completely off-grid. The greywater and black water can be hand-dumped at a dump station (RV parks, campgrounds, and gas stations have them). When it's just me in the van I only need to dump black water from the porta-potty every 1-2 weeks. You can keep the Goal Zero power bank charged with the solar pannel, as you drive, or plugged into a normal wall outlet/campground electrical hookup.
