Leon was easy to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions before I decided to book the rental and when I returned it. He was available to answer questions while on the trip but I did not need to contact him. He provided a PDF on how to operate the camper van for review before my arrival and spent plenty of time giving me a thorough how to overview of how to drive and use the camper. My only suggestion would be to continue to add to the how to PDF guide, specifically more detail on how to start and stop the heater and hot water.
The Thor Sequence and Ram Promaster 3500 were a wonderful experience to enjoy. The Ram drove very smooth and was easy to turn, park and maneuver. It never seemed like I was driving a 21 foot vehicle. The Sequence camper amenities were very functional and fun. I used pretty much all of them with no problems.
Overall my experience was great with the best being how easy the Ram drove, the bed was comfortable for my 6'3" height, the heater had no noisy fan and all the rest of the camping features were positive. Thanks Leon.

This was a fantastic experience. The RV was in great condition as described and very easy to handle. Leon explained how to operate everything and was always quick to respond to my questions during my outing.
The pickup and return handoff was so smooth and no issues.
This Class B model is one I that have been considering purchasing. He took the time to talk about specifics of ownership.
I would definitely rent from him again and thoroughly enjoyed my RV adventure.

Leon was very accommodating and easy to work with. The RV is in excellent shape, and we had no issues with it during our trip. The two of us were comfortable camping in it, and especially enjoyed being able to drive into downtown areas and park without issues. Thank you Leon!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

pick up available through out most time of the day, located in Troy, MI.
Q.What type of car/truck do you need to tow this trailer? What are the hitch requirements?

there is a towing hitch if you want to mount a bike rack, but i don't allow towing any car/trailer. sorry
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
R.
it is really easy, just drive like a larger minivan or pickup truck. the digital rearview mirror/camera help see the rear very well. LED headlight is very bright.
Q.how many people can it sleep
R.
2 adults, or more with small kids. The two single bed on each side comfortable sleep 2 with easy access to restroom, the walkway in between the bed can be filled with board and mats to create a king size like bed width.
