Contactless pick up. Trailer in great shape. Had no use for the generator, would of like the option to leave it behind. Scuff on bathroom door from generator. During pick up noticed missing pin for weight distribution bar and pin for the lock on the distribution bar, both replaced and left in trailer. The hitch lock would not unlock (black lock to lock hitch to truck), had several ppl trying to open it, had to use a spare I had, did not leave. The bit for the leveling jacks broke during set up, the driver front leveling jack was rusted and had to be treated with penetration oil, all 4 leveling jacks were treated. I ran to the closest Walmart (45 mins away) to get a replacement bit the next day; trailer was not level the first night. Bit was not left, i did not find any other way to level the jacks, my trucks jack bar did not fit. All in all great trailer and experience, easy pick up and drop off. Minor inconvenience luckily i had the knowledge to work around until a suitable fix was made. Did message Jordan once and received an immediate reply. I would rent the trailer again.

Jordan was great and right there to answer any questions. The camper was nice, clean and definitely made our trip a lot easier with our grandson (a tent would have been horrible lol) The only thing that made it a bit challenging was there wasn’t a table like it said but we made it work.

Not to criticize. Would have thought a in person meeting with the owner would be helpful to go over the particulars of the unit. Took pre trip pictures to identify previous issues. Air conditioner looked to be compromised prior to our trip. Documented by pre trip pictures. There was a small puddle on floor after a rain. Did not realize unit had water in it already. We did not hook up any water to the unit. Thought all tanks were to be empty prior to next renter? Generator, empty of fuel and accessory fuel tank was empty upon pickup.
