Portable RV dump tanks are not satisfactory for cleaning out the black holding tank. I require for the cleanliness of our next customer that the black tank be flushed with a hose connected to the RVs "black tank flush" nozzle and thoroughly cleaned.

Résumé de l'évaluation
Highly responsive and accommodating
David consistently offers easy communication, responsiveness, and accommodates renter needs. He frequently delivers and sets up the camper, even going the extra mile, such as shipping forgotten items.
Exceptionally clean and fully stocked
The camper is consistently praised for being spotless, in great condition, and fully stocked with amenities like bedding, towels, kitchenware, plates, and utensils, providing 'everything you need and more' for a comfortable trip.

5.0Dave was very easy to communicate with. The bed is very comfortable. The set up and listing was correct. We actually took food and clothes. Will definitely use them again. The bunkhouse is big and have all the bedding for them.

5.0David was great to deal with. Very responsive when I had questions or was having issues. The camper was exactly what we needed. He even had little touches like plates and plastic wear available for us even though we had brought our own. Linens were clean and ready to roll for the beds, plenty of pillows, even towels for showering. It was like a hotel room in the woods. If we need a camper again in northern Michigan he will be my first call. Even went the extra mile to coordinate shipping on a battery bank we left behind. Thanks for everything David and thank you for your service sir! All the best, The Miller family

5.0All around the experience was 5-star. Communication with Dave was easy and he was accommodating to our when and where needs for his trailer. The trailer itself was perfect for our needs. It was clean and unlike some other trailers we've rented, this checked all the little extras that we haven't had before. Things like towels and bedding, kitchen ware. Full service for sure, all we did was show up and everything was provided. Can't go wrong with this one.

Foire aux questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
Currently, this RV is delivery only. If staying in a campground I can drop it off and have it set up by check-in time, and I can pick up the RV 1 hour before check-out time.
