Located centrally in Delaware you could go to the beach or the mountains. 2020 model and only used a couple times so it still has the "brand new smell"! Fully equipped kitchen. Queen bed, twin bunks in private room, sofa bed AND the table folds down to a bed. You can sleep 1 or up to10! Board and card games as well as outdoor games. Folding camp chairs included as well.**please note we will no longer be renting to sites at Assateague State park. If a rental comes through for this park it will be declined.
