    What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

    Depending on other existing rentals we can be fairly flexible for pick up and drop off times. Please note that trailer pick ups Monday to Friday are 4pm or later. If this pick up time is too late to accomodate your first day of camping we would request that you arrange (based on availablity) a pick up of the trailer one day earlier.

    Do I really need a brake controller to tow this trailer?

    Yes, for safety reasons you must have a break controller to tow this trailer. Please note that we do not supply brake controllers, it is your responsibility to have one installed in your vechicle or obtain a bluetooth version that you can set up and connect at the time of trailer pick up.

    Will you deliver the trailer to our campsite?

    Yes, delivery can be arranged based on the owners availability. Delivery can be up to 250 kms from the trailers home base . Additional charges apply.

    Do I need to empty the gray and black tanks?

    R.

    Yes grey and black tanks need to be emptied by the renter before the return of the trailer. If the grey and or black tanks are found not to be fully emptied upon return of the trailer the dumping fees/deposit will not be returned to the renter.
