5I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for this weekend. Gary was amazing from beginning to end. He answered all my questions (and I had a lot) right from the time I booked, and was available anytime during the trip. He drove the trailer to our site and set it up, show/explained how everything worked and then picked it up for us at the end of the weekend. Our campground didn’t have the right amp adaptor available and Gary even went out of his way to go buy one and bring it back to our site after. He really went above and beyond! The RV was clean and comfortable and everything worked perfectly. I highly recommend booking with Gary, we will definitely be booking with him again in the future!

5This was our first time renting an RV on the site and Gary was excellent from beginning to end. We needed the RV dropped off and picked up, he did that within the window that we requested. When he got there he set up the RV for us and made sure we had everything we needed for a successful weekend. The RV was as advertised, delivered on time, clean, and everything was in working order. There was a second RV on site and the owner was relatively new so there were several things he did not know how to do. Gary advised him how to set up his unit correctly & safely and made sure we were going to be ok. Thank you for going above and beyond. We will definitely reach out next time we need to rent a unit.

1We had a terrible experience because the owner was "too busy" with his work to help us. There was a recall on the travel trailer and he did not even tell us! It had to do with a propane leak so this was very dangerous to our family with 2 small children.
