Room to sleep 8 people with two huge slide outs. Two queen beds, two twin bunks and sofa converts into full size bed.All bedding, towels, dishes (for 8), essential cookware, toilet paper and cleaning supplies included. We even have a space saving highchair available upon request. Large refrigerator and freezer. Two flat screen televisions with Hdmi ports. New DVD player and a Roku so you can sign into your favorite streaming service where wifi is available.Awning with LED lights and outdoor speakers.Class C so it is very easy to drive.We've outfitted it with duvet style bedding that is washed between rentals. The mattress protectors, pillow protectors, duvet covers and duvets are all cleaned between each rental.We do ask that you return the RV as clean as when you received it. We wash all the linens and disinfect the home between rentals.Please feel free to ask any questions that you may have.

Many renters are allergic to pets so we must charge extra because it takes a lot of work to clean the RV after a pet has been in it to remove all the pet hair, dander, and sanitize every surface. NO EXCEPTIONS.NO SMOKING: Smoking (including cigars, pipes, drugs, etc) in the unit forfeits your entire security deposit.NO DRUGS: Any evidence of the storage, transportation, or use of illegal substances will forfeit your entire security deposit. RVs returned with any evidence of drug use or transportation will result in law enforcement being called for a report and to collect the evidence.Hunting / Fishing: Please do not use the sinks or shower for any hunting or fishing/ game cleaning! There is an outdoor shower hose you can use if needed but it must be wiped down with an antibacterial wipe or bleach before returning to storage.Travel Restrictions: Our motor home is NOT allowed to travel into Mexico & our insurance does not cover you or the unit in Mexico. We are a family of 6 with 3 teenage boys! Traveling got real expensive with eating out and multiple hotel rooms so we had to find a solution. Having a motorhome just makes sense for us. No more hotels or restaurants. Mom does appreciate a meal out once in a while but we are able to travel and enjoy the last few years before our kids are out of the house. We love the mountains of Colorado and look forward to spending more time out there, as well as, finding new locations to love.

We absolutely loved Tiffany’s RV. It was the perfect size for our family of five, and we will definitely be reaching out again in the future. Tiffany did a great job of communicating from the moment we booked the request, all the way to dropping off the RV. It is evident that her family takes very good care of the vehicle, and we were happy to do the same.
