The host wasn't available to do the drop off (which is no problem), but the guy who did, didn't seem to know much about the trailer. It was quite dirty. The mattress cover was totally filthy and stained. First thing you notice when you walk in. The kettle was full of scale and useable. We ended up not using any of the kitchen supplies and bought our own. The mattress was not comfortable at all. We went and bought a mattress cover and topper for the week. The first time we used the sink it flooded the trailer. It was an easy fix, but would have been nice if that was inspected before we used it. The fire detector went off the first night. Which was alarming. We bought a new battery and it didn't fix it. And we took it outside to check. There was no fire, just a faulty alarm. There was no local beers or a bottle of wine as advertised. We ran out of water 3 days in, and we only used the water to 'pee' in the toliet at night. We don't think the tank was full. We had to fill it manually. There was an empty bottle of cleaner spray, so I bought my own cleaning supplies to clean the trailer when we left. It was great to have the trailer, very cute trailer, but some attention to detail and a 'deep clean' as advertised would have been nice, especially for the price we paid. It could have been a better experience.
