Family friendly travel trailer that sleeps 10 with plenty of room to enjoy your camp trip. The main entry of the trailer is in the back which includes sturdy fold down steps. As you enter the trailer the rear bunk house in the back has four bunk beds which can sleep four children or two adults easily. There is plenty of storage for clothes and toys in the bunk house room which also includes a 30" smart TV mounted on the wall perfect for movie time at night. The living area has a large pop out where the sofa and U-shaped dinette are located. Both of these seating areas convert over to beds if needed. Across from the sofa is an entertainment center with 40" wall mounted smart TV, and radio control for inside and outside. The kitchen is situated across from the U-shaped dinette which includes a three burner cook top, microwave, and refrigerator.As you move forward in the trailer a full size bathroom with 30" x 36" shower separates the main living area from the forward bedroom with sliding doors. Up front the bedroom has a queen sized bed flanked with small hangable closets on each side. There are also drawers below them with USB charging stations for phones or iPads. A small wall mounted smart TV is also located in the bedroom. There is also a secondary entry point in the bedroom to the outside.Outside near the back of the trailer is an outdoor cooking area which includes a small refrigerator, gas griddle cooktop, small wash pan, and hose for washing off sandy kids or muddy shoes. This trailer also includes a 20' wide awning that opens up about 10', and covers both entry doors. It has LED lights running the full length and is also tiltable to direct rain from pooling.*** We do deliver!!! What flexibility is available for picking up the trailer before and after our trip?

R.

The trailer can be picked up in the Tigard area, we live up on Bull Mountain road currently near Alberta Rider Elementary School. If you'd like us to bring it to your home before your trip and pick it up when you're done we can do that too. Please see our add-ons for local delivery charges.

How do I reach you while we have it rented?

We will provide you with our cell phone numbers and if anything comes up do not hesitate to call.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

R.

When you pick up the trailer we will walk you through the entire process of how to operate all of the major systems. This includes everything from connecting and disconnecting the trailer, the fresh water system, dumping the waste tanks, hooking up the power, etc. This usually takes about 30-40 minutes once you arrive.
