1) All drivers must have previous experience towing and parking a camper. Please do not lie and say that you have. Inexperienced drivers put themselves and other drivers around them at risk for injury. 2) Camper needs to come back cleaned liked you found it. There are cleaning supplies included. There is a $100 cleaning fine that will be deducted from the security deposit if it is not returned as you found it. 3) Please undress all bed dressings that were used. 4) Any utensils/cups/plates/bowls used, should be placed in the "dirty dishes tupperware" located under the sink upon return. 5) Do not use the sink to brush your teeth. Spitting into the sink is gross and the toothpaste is hard to remove. 6) Tank dumping is required. Please dump black tank first, then grey tank second before returning. If you are inexperienced at dumping, there is a $50 dumping fee that will be deducted from the security deposit if you are unable to dump prior to returning the camper. 7) No pets of any kind. 8) No smoking of any kind in the camper (cigs, marijuna, vaping, etc) 9) Camper must be returned by 5pm, unless a specified time is agreed upon by renter and owner.
