Simply put...one of the most unique RV’s available today. Our Sierra was built in 2016 to sleep (4) very comfortably. There isn’t an amenity you’ll be without while away from home.The master bedroom includes a full size closet, washer/dryer combo, night stand, dresser, King Size bed and 32 inch TV.The living room includes a sofa, two recliners, a fireplace, 40 inch TV, DVD player, Ipad Hdmi hookup, XBox 360, Soundbar with bluetooth Ipod hookup, AM/FM stereo, and 3 zone ceiling speakers (bedroom, living and outdoor).The Kitchen/Dining has a fully enclosed front closet for luggage, an enclosed eating area with table and 4 chairs, a kitchen island with 2 tub sink, 3 burner stove, gas oven, full size microwave, cuisinart toaster/oven, Keurig coffee maker and a 7 Cubic Foot double door stainless steel refrigerator and freezer. Dishes, silverware, untensils, pots and pans are included with every rental. (A fully stocked refrigerator can be arranged for a seperate fee).The exterior includes a 19 foot shade awning, an exterior kitchen with hot/cold water sink, 3 cubic foot refrigerator, gas grill and outdoor 32 inch drop down TV.The bathroom is a full size standup shower with seating area, skylight and three pane glass door. It has a full vanity with medicine cabinet, towel storage area, and separate toilet (not sharing any space with shower or vanity).But the best amenity of all lies out the back of our RV... an 8x8 fully enclosed elevated patio complete with wrap around privacy fence, walk down staircase, outdoor lighting and shade awning. Nothing compares to a glass of wine on the patio at sunset at your campground!Views abound on all sides of the RV with large full size windows; all are equipped with shades for nighttime privacy or sleeping in late!Air conditioning is provided by a dual zone programable thermostat. The bedroom zone has a 13,500IPO in ceiling system and the living area has a 15,000IPO 6 vent in ceiling system. The furnace is a 13,500BTU in floor ducted heating system.Hot water is provided by 10 Gallon gas/electric water heater.Leveling is a no-brainer with a 6 point hydraulic auto leveling system.Cleaning supplies and a vacuum are onboard as well.Having 3 dogs of our own....pets are welcome!Wireless Internet (WiFi) is available for a separate fee and a wireless printer is also available onboard.Delivery, setup and pickup is available for a nominal fee in the greater Dallas and Tyler, Texas area.Don’t have a truck? My Ford F-250 Supercab is available for rent on . (Email me for details, pictures are on this listing)If you wish to pull it, you will need a minimum of a Diesel Ford F-250, Ram 2500, or Chevrolet 2500 and a fifth wheel hitch. The weight is 12,800lbs and Pin weight is 2300lbs.Please note that a mandatory cleaning fee of 125.00 will be charged at the end of your rental. Hi there! I’m a pilot that travels quite a bit (would explain my RV here wouldn’t it?). When I’m home, my wife and I tend to move around quite a bit. We’ve got a home in the Dallas area, a summer cottage up North and our home away from home.... our 2016 Sierra.
