Guests praised the RV's layout, storage, and general cleanliness. Recurring issues include an uncomfortable, worn-out mattress. Some experienced minor maintenance problems like weak batteries, water leaks, and a sharp doorjam.

5.0The RV was clean and in good working order. We accidentally locked ourselves out and they quickly came to our aid and unlocked it for us. Dwayn is very friendly and easy to work with.

4.5Reservation was easy, trailer was great. Camping at Lake Hemet can get cold, would have appreciated some instructions on what to do to keep incoming water from freezing in the hose. Wiped several surfaces when I got in trailer, all had dirt, not sure what is being sanitized.
