Marianne & Victor were accommodating regarding the drop off & pick up- which was appreciated since it was Thanksgiving. The heater however was not working the entire time which was a problem since the temp dropped into the low 30’s upper 20’s during our stay. There were space heaters but only 1 could operate at a time without a fuse blowing. They did try and get someone to go out to fix it, but apparently due to the holiday weekend no one was found (I did get a message saying someone would come out, but unfortunately they never showed up). Victor told one of the people in my party they would refund something for the inconvenience and I have yet to receive a response from Marianne as to what will be credited. I realize the holiday made fixing the issue problematic, but not responding to me regarding a credit for the lack of proper heating is not very professional. A small inconvenience during camping can be expected- no heat is a much bigger deal-space heaters are not a solution-my group was very cold during the night.
