Locally we recommend John Prince Park in Lake Worth for a lakeside camping experience with plenty of scenic trails for hiking and biking and more. Jonathan Dickinson State Park in Hobe Sound offers great trails for hiking, mountain biking, an observation tower, 2 campgrounds, nice restrooms equipped with a washer and dryer. Lion Country Safari KOA in Loxahatchee offers the wildlife safari experience, a pool, dog park, WiFi and nice scenery. For a longer trip we highly recommend seeing Florida’s Natural Mineral Springs in central and North Florida.
