I had more issues using this software on my phone than I did working with Helen and her husband. Helen was very responsive and accommodating to our relatively last minute request. The camper itself was extremely clean, (practically brand new I would say) and kept in great condition. We met and they walked us around the camper explaining everything, which was very helpful and a needed reminder. The trailer handles extremely well, on a few occasions I forgot it was attached because it was such a smooth ride. The return process was equally smooth. Very nice couple, would highly recommend them and will use them again when the occasion arises.
